Family

Look out for our free Family Explorer Guide in the Echo and Daily Post this week! If you miss out, a limited number will also be available at Visitor Services Hub during the festival or you can download your own copy HERE.
This guide includes full listing of all our family activity throughout the festival. Including activity every Saturday between 1–3pm where Liverpool-based artists invite families to make art. Write a message to the future, create a together sculpture or raise some noise chaos!
Visit our Events and Listing section of the website for a full schedule of activities. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Please contact Francesca Williams, Participation Coordinator, on franny@biennial.com or 0151 709 7444 for further information.
Learning

Learning is at the core of what we do and it is our ambition that every school in Merseyside visits the Biennial.
A free online learning resource is available HERE.
This evolving resource contains 3 themes: Narratives, Memories and Relationships. Each theme looks at 5 different artists and contains an artists interview, a presentation with high resolution full screen images, a suggested route through the 5 artworks included in the theme and some suggested activities to take the themes further.
The resource will be updated throughout the festival with images, video and other content.
Please contact Francesca Williams, Participation Coordinator, on franny@biennial.com or 0151 709 7444 for further information or to plan your visit.
